Alliance Team Joins San Pasqual Community to Celebrate Earth Day

The Climate Science Alliance team was honored to participate in the San Pasqual Earth Day on April 14th, where Climate Kids of all ages read, learned about the Climate Kids Book Club, and made seed paper bookmarks. Thank you to the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians for hosting this wonderful event and inviting us to join you!

There are banners with the Climate Kids and Climate Science Alliance logos behind the tables and a folding sign inviting people into the space. A person stands smiling behind the tables.

The San Pasqual Earth Day, hosted by the Education Department at San Pasqual on April 14, 2023, was a day of fun, learning, and community.

The Climate Science Alliance team was honored to attend and host a table where kids of all ages could come and learn about climate change and check out our Climate Kids Book Club resources.

Between 60 - 80 youth and adults came to make seed paper bookmarks, read, and hang out in our reading nook.
