Ocean Climate Summit 2016

Climate Science Alliance Staff attended the Ocean Climate Summit in San Francisco on May 17, 2016. Many agencies and organizations came together to discuss and learn about challenges coastal Northern California will experience with sea level rise and a changing climate. Alliance Staff tabled the event and spoke to those in attendance about the Climate Science Alliance and its Climate Kids program in Southern California, Mexico, and tribal nations. We look forward to working with new partners from the Bay Area in hopes to have furthered collaboration on natural resource management and relevant science, and introduce Climate Kids in schools in this region.
